To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the fubo088 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any fubo088 employee, affiliate, or partner where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by fubo088 for violation of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the fubo088 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify fubo088 promptly of any changes.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fubo088 will not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

fubo088 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods approved for the Malaysian market, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts, cards, or wallets is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20, unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion or product. All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.

• fubo088 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
• fubo088 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited and wagered.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of all KYC verification requirements as outlined in Section 4. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to withdraw funds until verification is successfully concluded.

Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method used for deposits, except where that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case fubo088 will arrange an alternative method subject to additional verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
• Most withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours, subject to the Player's bank or e-wallet provider processing times.
• Withdrawals of amounts exceeding a certain threshold may be subject to enhanced due diligence and may take up to 3 business days to process.
• fubo088 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing large withdrawal requests.
• Only real-money funds are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn.

fubo088 offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, cashback schemes, referral programmes, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to individual terms and conditions, including specified wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and eligible game restrictions.

By claiming any bonus or promotional offer on the fubo088 platform, you acknowledge and agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion. General bonus conditions that apply platform-wide include the following:

• Each eligible Player may claim a specific promotion only once, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts is considered abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus amounts unless otherwise specified.
• fubo088 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses that have been credited in error will be reversed without prior notice, and any winnings generated using erroneously credited bonuses may be voided.
• fubo088's VIP Birthday Bonus is tier-dependent: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), and Diamond VIP (up to MYR 2,688), subject to verification of registered birthday date and tier eligibility at the time of claim.

All wagers placed on the fubo088 platform are subject to the product-specific rules governing each betting market, game, or event. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules prior to placing any wager.

• Sports Betting: All sports wagers are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia matches, the Premier League for EPL fixtures). In-play bets are settled based on real-time data feeds; fubo088 accepts no liability for delays in data transmission that may affect in-play wagering outcomes.
• Mix Parlay: Mix Parlay wagers require all selected legs to win for the bet to succeed. The voiding of one or more legs does not automatically entitle the Player to a refund of the staked amount; the bet will be recalculated based on the remaining valid legs.
• Live Casino: All outcomes in live dealer games are determined in real time by human dealers operating physical equipment. Technical issues during a live session that prevent the completion of a game round may result in that round being voided and stakes returned.
• Slots: All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• fubo088 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were clearly published in error due to a manifest technical fault.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fubo088 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform to engage in or facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Employing automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human participation.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other multi-player games.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or systematic exploitation of promotional terms in a manner not consistent with the spirit of the offers.
• Accessing the Platform using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your actual location.
• Using payment methods belonging to or registered by another individual.

fubo088 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision contained within these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a request by fubo088.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or cheating.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for money laundering or other illicit financial activities.
• Discovery that the Player is under the age of 21.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling policy.
• Extended account inactivity in excess of 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any pending bonuses subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

All content on the fubo088 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, software, graphics, text, images, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of fubo088 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of fubo088.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fubo088 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game results, or statistical data caused by third-party data feed failures.
• Technical failures, connectivity issues, or device incompatibilities outside fubo088's reasonable control.

In all circumstances, fubo088's aggregate liability to any individual Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
